Do you feel overwhelmed and have a hard time shutting your brain off? Are you having difficulty falling asleep and/or waking up in the middle of the night? Do you dread getting out of bed? Are you feeling exhausted? Maybe you notice yourself sweating, having a rapid heartbeat and/or feel tense in certain situations?


Perhaps you take care of everyone else but no one checks in on your mental health because they think you're fine.  It's what you've done your entire life and it's catching up to you. 


When anxiety is getting in the way of living your life to the fullest, therapy can help you find you way back to living a meaningful life. We will work on learning to stop the anxious thoughts and getting a full night of rest.
