Meet Madeline

Welcome! My name is Madeline Colón (she, her, ella) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Florida and Hawai'i - here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I love being a therapist and truly care about my clients well-being. My hope is that therapy provides you a space to develop a deeper understanding of your issues and to improve the quality of your life.

Qualifications

I received my Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in N.J. and my Master's Degree from the University of Hawai'i.

Since 2000, I have provided therapeutic services in various settings such as Community Mental Health centers, Outpatient practices, University Counseling Centers and Telehealth platforms to those dealing with challenging life experiences in NJ, Hawai'i and Florida.

I am passionate about helping individuals get unstuck to live the life they've envisioned for themselves. My specialities include those struggling with Anxiety, Trauma and/or Relationship Issues. Please check out Services to learn about additional issues I also treat.

Clients come to me wanting a therapist who understands how lived experiences can impact how they see themselves, others and the world. I have had extensive training to be able to provide the best quality of care for my clients but most of all I am authentic, genuinely caring and interested in what you have to say. I will work with you to identify, process and better manage the areas in your life that are contributing to your stress.
