Meet Madeline
Culturally Responsive, Trauma Informed and Inclusive

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with themselves. I’ve worked in a variety of settings—university counseling centers, outpatient clinics, community mental health, and child and family health centers—which means I bring a broad, flexible perspective to the work we’ll do together.
Most of the clients I work with are exhausted. They’re the ones who hold everything together for everyone else—at work, at home, in their relationships. They’ve gotten so used to pushing their own needs aside that they barely recognize themselves anymore. Maybe the anxiety has ramped up. Maybe the coping skills that used to work just… don’t anymore. They come to therapy because they want support, real strategies, and space to finally breathe.

That’s where I come in.

I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and relationship issues. Whether you’re dealing with the weight of unresolved experiences or feeling stuck in unhealthy cycles, I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no filter necessary. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply authentic. I’ll listen without judgment, offer practical tools when you need them, and work with you to build a life that actually feels good—not just “fine.” Therapy with me is about real talk, real support, and real change.

Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me spending time with my family, playing pickleball or at the park with my dog. I believe in living in alignment with my values—connection, authenticity, and balance—and I strive to bring those same values into the work I do with my clients every day.

If you’re ready to stop putting yourself last and start feeling more like yourself again, I’d be honored to work with you.
