"Relationships can be hard" is an understatement. There is no manual to figure out relationships and daily life can cause added stress.

Perhaps you've had difficulty communicating, uncertain about a relationship, and keep running into the same patterns. You notice you have difficulty saying no, tend to people please and are led into relationships where you are trying to fix someone but are frustrated when you don't see the changes.

Therapy can help you figure out what you want in a relationship and to have a space to discover who you are and what you want for your future. We will work together to help you better communicate your needs to the people who you care about and to help create clear boundaries. You will find the confidence to trust yourself and learn how to have healthy relationships.
